Nothing really bad happend to me....oh, yes, once it lagged during a mission in the Ring Of Fire, got stuck in a lava river, the game froze, and when everything went back to normal i was dead and the rest of the team was very angry at me...

Whenever I lag out of RA, i get back on and get flamed. I must be on alot of peoples ignore lists^^. Stupid ISP...

Oh! there was actually a situation where I lagged out twice in RA with the same person I lagged out of the first time. She got really pissed abut was really polite, saying "goddamn I must be jinxed^^. I explained and she was cool with it.

Another time I was AFK in town and I came back and I was in the login screen... what's up with that?? (sarcasm)

While running my new char to Deldrimor War camp I by pass a large group of tundra giants and leg it towards the now close entrance to grenth's footprint. Then BOING!! I reappaear back in the centre of a ring of giants and get I pummelled.

Worst lag ever was when my group was in HoH and there was about 1 minute left on the clock and the enemy Ghostly Hero was trying to capture the altar and ours was dead however we were holding. I was the mesmer with Gale and Cry of Frustration in charge of like 50% of the interrupts against the "Claim Altar" ability then all of a sudden everything froze for like 8 seconds. Next thing I know the enemy captured the altar and then we lost.

Right after that I wrote some highly offensive expletives in capital letters across the screen that I'm glad Anet have never read.

Yes. Everybody around me makes me believe I'm the only one having this, so GW will never see it as a problem and never deal with it. I think that telling everybody that your internet connection and computer can't cope with the game is a major "Nono".
My computer even freezes when I pass the route of the bad guys in Cantha (Shing Jea Island), when they aren't even near me. In some parts I exactly know when and where this happens. I even know exactly how long it takes.

dunno if this willl help any of u but :

i used to get a lot of rubber-banding lagg until i updated my gfx drivers to the latest version ( nvidia 84.21). Now the only real lagg i get it the odd err7 or the usual lag in cantha (very laggy world and i know it aint me as ive got 4mb cable broadband)
so if u experience similar to me try also changing reflections to a lower setting in options as this will reduce any gfx based lagg

HUMP, my guild took WM to 36mins with a player lagged out. We were winning pretty heavily until 15mins when he went, too. no fair.

lol,there was also a time against [HUG],(we were losing,but besides point)when the servers had major lag and bam!.....i err7 out and another guildy does same,so did one of their teams aswell,was sooo annoying,also other guilds experienced this aswell

ouch, that totally sucks, it's got to be one of the best bows in thegame and definately the best skin, so even if you didn't want to use it, it's worth like 200-300k for one item, that is just cruel, were you playing with friends who would pick it up for you and then give it back, or was it totally lost?

I was doing a VIM group with some random people one day and we managed to get to an Alter map. All of us balled on the alter and started trapping it, the opposing team was a random pug, six warriors, an ele and a assassin. All of them came running up into the traps and everything stopped moving for about twenty seconds.... thirty.... a minute... I broke out of the lag and we were back in an outpost, everyone experienced it and we've been kicking our butts due to that loss everyday now >.<

3rd day spent 1 hour getting a team for unwaking waters, had it almost done, lagged out during cutscene came back no one there, and it said I didnt finish misison, had to wait 4 days later for everyone else who didnt pre order to finally get that far and do it again.

Mine is PvP lag related, but i think it suits here ^^

We were in a GvG against a Korean Guild ranked 120-ish. (we were rank 350 at that time) It was a slaughter...we were owning them big time, and all of a sudden BAM! Nobody on our team could move anymore for 30 secs or more...
By the time it cleared up everybody got killed and the opposing guild gained a morale boost. To top things of one of our monks got an err7...

We lost that fight, and at the end they called us losers! I was like WTF?! If we didnt have all those crappy network issues you'd be the one on the ground bleeding!

At least 3 seconds totally disappeared.
Just the '15% dp' icon reminded me I was killed.

I've had guild wars minimize one me once right after a HoH win, 2 sigils dropped for me and I missed them.

I've had people e7 right at the forgemaster when doing fow runs.

Mexicans stole my lawnmower too, but I couldn't catch them because I was lagging. : (
